Interrogations

Yes, beating the information out of someone would be neat in Fallout. Perhaps a combination of speech, and unarmed would be even better for tougher cases, such as how the Lieutenant uses against you. Talking, and explaining things, then beating the person when they mock, or disagree. I liked how the...

There are not 'random' holodisks, however you are probably referring to ones that you cannot download.

Such as Bishops holodisk, where you can use them for quests, but not read them.

I never said that was wrong in real life, but according to The Game itself, the waterchip controls the water flow. As someone said before (You possibly?) the game does not always make sense. It is just one part of the game not making sense. I do believe there is no official stance on it, so therefor...

Skynet you were not a fool to think there were ghouls there, since as I stated before, in the game the text says they are Ghouls when you attack the ones underground. So it is logical to assume what you did. About the waterchip, as you said it has been debated, but perhaps you never payed attention ...

I am sure everyone here knows about the glowing fungus, but even considering that, it just seemed as if Glowing Ones, not ghouls live there. Even after fixing the farm, glowing one sprites remain down in the shelter. Yes...they were too lazy to make sprites, but they could have removed those, and re...

Farm

There are glowing ones there, which were effected by the radiation. Why would they have people dressed up in the shelter, underground, where there is no one to scare? Why would the dressed up people have to hobble, be unable to use weapons, and cannot run?

That could be right...

In one of my games where I went around killing every town after I finished the game, the game suddenly ended when I killed Klamath. I wondered...what is the big deal, I kill all the other places, but Klamath ends it, then I wondered since it was close to Arroyo. However perhaps it is the karma. Afte...

Masterminds

John Nash was not necessarily a mastermind. Besides, what he suffered from was just random chance.

I think that the master was not 'fucked up', but rather too preoccupied. He was probably too busy thinking about philosophies to bother with trivilaities such as his mutants being sterile.

Perhaps....

I suppose, for good characters. However sometimes the good people are not the best for the future, in case of the Wrights.

If they made a Fallout 3, which family do you think they would have made take over New Reno, from Fallout 2? Probably the Wrights...., but maybe not.

Mutants/Ghouls/Deathclaws

Ghouls may be evil, but that is not the point. You could still do evil quests, such as leave the Hall Of The Dead, in order to find out what happened to the water supply. (It could start, assuming the vault dweller stole the chip.) The first quest could be getting the parts, and repairing the pump. ...

His abilities...which included such superior intelligence that. "The most advanced philosophical questions were so clear." Not to mention the ability to be such a fool that you forget to check if your 'superior race' is sterile. The Master may have been intelligent, but he was far too spon...

The Wrights..

Who would want the Wrights in control? That batch of fools have no real plans for the future, and are the worst family. I think that the Bishops, or Salvatores are the best ones to be in control. The strongest family is Bishop, and he has the most plans, such as joining NCR, and at the same time mai...

Fallout 3

The way you say it you want to change the entire game around, you may as while call if Results Of War, or something. It is set in America, because America is the place with vaults, as that other person mentioned. People do not survive without vaults, or at least some protection. America is just an i...

A clone of Fallout

I would like it to be more like the original Fallout...a serious game. Now of course it had foolish jokes, but the difference is they had to do with the game. Example. Jane:What brings you to the children of the Cathedral?, VaultDweller:I am just looking for structural weaknesses so I can burn this ...

What is the purpose of saving them then, since your purpose is obviously not moral values?(Provoking a massacre)

After all, surely Mr. Bishop has much more to offer the wasteland, and his plans could change the world.

Elders/Scribes

I definately Agree about the elders, in the main brotherhood hq, there were the four elders, and the high elder, all of which were very important, and busy. Not just slumming around the hallways as you said. The armor....well in Fallout 1 the brotherhood has initiates in that combat armor, but sadly ...

Fallout 3

Should have vaults in it, they are very important to the series. It should at least have 1, and hopefully more like 4. Experiments would be interetsing yes...I would be interested to find out what happened to Necropolis too. They never specified if Set died. He could have taken the vault over, repai...

Garl

I do not think the stats have too much to do with it. What I gathered from the event when it happened was that Garls father was perhaps a Vault Dweller. One time when I went to the camp to get Tandi back, I was in the vault suit, even the guards were afraid. Making Garl afraid probably is not stat b...
