Nirvana - you don't need lvl requirements... you need good game design! You could get PA in F2 because of a design flaw, and THAT is what should be fixed. Anyway, I think the prequel idea isn't good, for many reason, most of them already stated. F3 should encompass most of the US, and then the whole...

D) Fallout is heading towards the idea that FEV is the only way a non plant can survive in the wasteland. So what would you be, a human plant? E) Power Armor. 'Nuff said F) The game will be set from Washington to Mexico City. Once again, 'nuff said. No offense BR, but none of those make any sense. ...

I think time limits are destructive, and although could be used for certain quests, shouldn't effect the game in a large way. I want to be able to explore, and not have to rush from place to place because I'm being restricted by time limits.

It's hard to imagine a desert wasteland in Russia. \ Umm... Russia is in about the same longitudes as the US, and the climate isn't that different. You are thinking of Sibera (which actually extends down pretty far south), and that is like saying you couldn't image any desert wastelands in the US, ...

And you think the USSR would not have installed a system of Vault-like fallout shelters, or perhaps even coerced defected Vault-Tec scientists into making full-fleged copies of the Vaults? And as for FEV only being in the US.... that is laughable - it was developed as a bio-weapon, and was accidentl...

From Russia, with love (Or: Fallout in the good old CCCP!)

How about Fallout 3 - but in the USSR? You would keep the 50's atmosphere, but it would be from the other side of the iron curtain. Uncle Sam would be replaced with Stalin and Lenin, and communist propaganda would abound. This would allow whoever made Fallout 3 free rein to make a world without the ...

You guys are forgetting something quite major... Miniguns have multiple barrels because they fire big ammo so fast that one barrel would meltdown... but with 9mm, this is not a problem, and thus a minigun would simply make the gun less accurate and overly complex. (not to mention more expensive to p...

Indie movies are much, much better the Hollywood... The only TV I watch is the Independent Movie channel, and I get to as many film fests as I can (luckily for me, every Wendsday my cultural center plays indie movies) The best movies I have ever seen are ones that I knew nothing about, and sometime ...
