Basically the article talks about this device you hook up to the USB port on a PS2 for the game Rez and it vibrates to the beat of the music in the game. It's used to uh...get off.

I dont remeber hearing this but they did make a device for the game in japan that measured your heart beats and when ever your heart rate went faster the music would get louder or something.

I can't believe I found it. I saw this one years ago.

The object of the game appears simple, you have to jam a big plastic finger up someone's rear end. Why? I have no idea.
Built into the cabinet is a bent over backside, and on the screen in front of you appears the expression of the person as you shove the finger inside. The harder you shove the finger inside, the more points you score.
