I guess not. Still reminds me of Jin Roh though. I daresay it looks pretty good? Too bad it's for ps2, and all fps games on console suck because of their controls. Including Halo :-!

Luckily I have a USB mouse and keyboard, and I'm pretty sure if Red Faction 2 implemented USB keyb/mouse then this one will follow suit.

The comparison between Jin-roh and Killzone has already occured multiple times ((and even in some magazines)) theres no official tie in of any sort though, so you could just call the programmers and designers...inspired.

Whoa, this looks pretty kick-ass.

I disliked Halo for it's cartoony alien-themed atmosphere. Go realism. Or at least, more realism.

The futurist, psuedo-Nazi imagery looks really great.

I took the liberty to take that badass picture and make it into a wallpaper (dimensions: 1280x1024).

Nah, this won't be the "Halo 2 Killer" seeing as how it's on a PS2 it can't even begin to compete graphicaly with H2, nor will it be able to render in game the sheer amounts of vehicals, action, and graphics H2 will be able to render.

Lets not forget Xbox Live H2 support with Covenant versus Human combat.

Thematically, it looks to be a hell of a lot better than Halo 2. The imagery to me is a lot better looking in general. It may not be as shiny as Halo 2, but it won't degrade the game in general. Silent Hill is still better than most survival horror games, even with its cruddy graphics.
nor will it be able to render in game the sheer amounts of vehicals, action, and graphics H2 will be able to render.
Halo didn't really do that much overall. Unless you want to call the huge boring levels like the library 'action' instead of pure unadulterated boredom.

PC's are always better for FPS multiplayer, so this is hardly relevant :p

I'm not convinced anything needs to be a halo 2 killer, because Halo2 hasn't been released to actually know if it's worth killing yet.

I just can't see why. Why I don't like playing PC fps:s?
Because of their controls. On a console, like PS2 or X-box, you have the controller pad. You have all the actions you need, in that controller.
But on PC, you have keyboard with more buttons than is needed. I damit only one thing: the aiming might be easier with mouse.

I personally just looooove Halo!
I think it sucks, that it was converted to PC.

I've downloaded some video evidence which indicates that quite a few young women manage to do so just fine.

Aiming MIGHT BE easier with the mouse? How about "is undeniably" in place of that? Try circle strafing with a controller. Not to mention the fact that with a keyboard you have as many buttons as you need, why the hell would you choose less over more? Say you needed one extra button on a console... oh well, just nix that feature. Need it on a computer, ok then bind it to another key. Only like 5 or 6 buttons are ever used on the keyboard anyway. Just learn to use the fps control scheme and you're set and you'll hate consoles too. Really.

Yeah i would take a mouse and keyboard over a controller any day. I only played Halo once on Xbox and it wasnt the best game ever and the controls werent that good, i also played Halo for pc, i still didnt like the game all that much but the controls were consideribly easier than that of the xbox.
