City endings...
The Den had the "tough but fair" result, since Metzger was dead.
Modoc and the Ghost Farm all happy.
Since I never even got into Vault City, they ran out of power and became 3rd-class members of NCR.
Gecko had no mention, strangely enough.
Broken Hills faded away, like it always does.
The Mordinos staged a "relatively bloodless" takeover of New Reno, based on Jet power. The Wrights had to settle for the "satisfaction" of knowing who had killed their son.
Marge Lebarge ruled Redding, allied with NCR.
Despite all this NCR success, Tandy had to resign and Carlson took over, because someone failed to clear out Vault 15, and of course the Squatters disappeared.
SanFran became the usual Shi paradise.
BTW it seems I was briefly "the unlucky SDF" and then back to plain SDF again. Mod humor, or did I just imagine it?

The Unlucky SDF! is for 13 posts.
I forget what comes after that. Somewhere around here is a list of all of the titles.

That's a hoot. No one is innocent.Stainless wrote:/me whistles innocently
No, I said that we shouldn't use it due to the fact that "long time fans of the Robotech series" might think that it stood for "Super Dimensional Fortress". I remember BluePencil thought my point was pretty funny.Stainless wrote:I distinctly remember you asking Zig to change the newbie title to SDF at the old GSA boards. Perhaps you're making sure your brain child is appreciated by all?
What I wanted it changed to was "FNG" ("Fucking New Guy"). It gets the point across while not being quite as silly as calling someone "Some Dumb Fuck".

Ah, I see. I suppose that would be a violation of "The Code"?Raksha wrote:Hardly. My constitution can't be amended.
I feel for you if you're already getting senile "at your age".Stainless wrote:I must be getting senile in my old age.
(BTW, I meant to say "insulting" rather than "silly". I guess your senility is contagious, Stainless. )

I just hit the "big double three" last month. (In inclement weather I wake up feeling about twice that old, though. )Franz_Schubert wrote:OTB how old are you, tough guy?
I'm definitely not the oldest one around here, though. We have some people verging on real geezer-dom trundling about in their handicarts...
