First, it was Elder Scrolls: Arena that was released for freeware. Now, Vivendi has announced that both Tribes 1 and Tribes 2 are going freeware next month!

Heres hoping for Darklands next.[/url]

Jackass...
"Science fiction wiggers" is my new favorite phrase.

"You'd better be prepared for the jump into hyperspace. It's unpleasantly like being drunk."
-"What's so unpleasant about being drunk?"
"Ask a glass of water."

Hidden and Dangerous gold edition was also released free before H&D2 came out, what makes that better is seeing some cretin paying 15 quid for it in a shop.

I'm having a little trouble...it seems that my computer freezes every time i go to save or load, and the spells give me a "this program has attempted an illegal activity" thing. I've already tried downloading and reinstalling, and i meet the system reqs. I'm at a loss...
