Public Enemy!? Hhahaha... well thats a nice black power band. Do they still exist?
Look at it from a historical perspective: For all this time we have been developing music and culture, and we acheived a certain standard with all the classical and ballads and whatnot. Then comes rap, and its like we start all over again at the bottom of the ladder instead of going on! The purpose of this new pop culture is to make people stupid, is that not obvious?
On a side note: I attended a party earlier this week with my class and there they played mostly schlager-hits and disco music. The girls were dancing dirty like the whores that they were all the same! So, you dont need rap/hiphop/whatever-music for the girls to dance dirty, what you need is dirty girls. Because if they are dirty then they will dance dirty even if you are playing Wagner!
Because, why not?King of Creation wrote:You know...lots of people say that, but this is what I want to know:Alexander wrote:Rap(and other hip-hop/rnb too for that matter) is one of the most heinous things that ever happened to this already violated planet.
Why?

There are no 'knowns'. There are thing we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say there are things that we now know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we don't know we don't know. So when we do the best we can and we pull all this information together, and we then say well that's basically what we see as the situation, that is really only the known knowns and the known unknowns. And each year, we discover a few more of those unknown unknowns.
That is why you aim just under the floating beatbox! Have you not learned anything!?S4ur0n27 wrote:You can't notice black people in black alleys.

I was having a discussion with my friends earlier about rap and techno and such. There is no melody in rap "music", therefore it's not really music.
There's no singing, no traditional instruments; it basically just exists to tell a story. The content and quality of the story is conditional to the talent of the rapper.
Someone who raps about what happens to them in everyday life is just the same as someone or a band of people who sing about politics or heartbreak or whatever comes to mind. Rap like this is OK by me, but the current and popular trend of rappers who talk about how much money they have because of people who buy their CDs, who in turn buy more CDs to listen to how much money they have given to the rapper's whose CDs they buy is just stupid.
Some rap is alright, but the majority of "pop" rap put out there is garbage. There are always rappers who talk about real life issues, but by the time they reach the mainstream audience, they've already sold out an revert to the formula mentioned above.

Yo yo, ho, I ate some snow.
Rollin' around in riches, with 50 naked bitches.
No, the whole rap culture is twisted and should just be eliminated.
Most of the beats come from old albums anyway, or bought from current artists, so if you can stand hearing alright music without some dolt talkin' black in the background, you won't miss it.
On a sidenote; I was watching a documentary about the Pentagon, and it had Lord of the Rings music in the background. Not that annoying, but it should be considered a crime I think.

Well, you see, on this forum, Subhuman pretends to be gay so he can be an interesting minority/conversation piece, while on another one, he pretends to be black for similar reasons. In reality, he's just a lonely masturbator with bent fingers.
And satanisgreat, 90% of everything is crap, not just rap music.

Yes! It is that way with everything - 90% of all forum conversations, sex, necrophilia, beastial-gay-necrophilia is crap and especially regular sex and shopping ... but one should always be on the lookout for those golden 10%...
