Most people just ignore these laws because they ARE stupid. I've yet to see someone arrested here for having ice cream in their back pocket.

Additionally - The cops say otherwise about being sober until I hit the ground here.

Most of these laws come from small towns with populations under 5,000, more than likely. And no one probably pays attention to them anyway.

In Illinois it's illegal to sell porn that involves urination I guess.

In Texas there's some law that says if you have more than like eight dildos you intend to sell them and that's illegal. Usually the law is ignored, but some Nazi raised a stink and called The Man and some guy got arrested for it.

Minnesota - It is illegal to give or receive oral sex
Minnesota - It is illegal to have sex in any other position other than missionary.
Florida - It is illegal to have sexual intercourse with a porcupine
Cincinnati - Anal intercourse is banned.
Washington - All lollipops are banned.
Rhode Island - Any marriage where either of the parties is an idiot or lunatic is null and void.
New Mexico - Females are strictly forbidden to appear unshaven in public. (woohoo!)

Texas - When you are released from jail, you must be given a horse and a shotgun, if you request it.

And, in Minnesota :
It is illegal to walk across the Minnesota-Wisconsin border with a duck on your head.
It is illegal to drive a red car down main street on Sundays

The worst, in North Dakota :
Beer & pretzels can't be served at the same time in any bar or restaurant.

I read somewhere that's its illegal to be arrested in Ohio on Sundays. If it's true, I guess they can stick you in a 24 hour holding cell until Monday.

It is a violation of the law to sell or distribute drugs or narcotics without having first obtained the appropriate Iowa drug tax stamp

THat one actually makes a bit of sense, they used a tax scheme to make dug illegal originally. They levied a tax on narcotics, and deemed that you had to get a stamp to sell them, but, possesion of narcotics without the stamp was illegal, and you could not procure the stamp without presenting them with the narcotics....that you did not havea stamp for, therefore you were in violation of the law....bullshit.

If a man and a woman who aren't married go to a hotel/motel and register themselves as married then, according to state law, they are legally married.

You said that that'd mean that people would never get released from jail if they were incarcerated on a Monday and sentenced to stick around for a week or something since that'd mean that they'd be released on a Sunday. And we all know what that means, eh?
