Fallout 3 not going AO?

was anyone really expecting an AO title? What's the last major AO title that even hit shelves? That was never a possibility.

They are still legal, albeit over18 titles are sold under the shelves and not supposed to be sold to minors. That is like 15years or so already iirc.

Well, not necessarily. Read this:
"Titles rated M (Mature) have content that may be suitable for persons ages 17 and older. Titles in this category may contain intense violence, blood and gore, sexual content and/or strong language"

"Titles rated AO (Adults Only) have content that should only be played by persons 18 years and older. Titles in this category may include prolonged scenes of intense violence and/or graphic sexual content and nudity."

I'm not seeing much of a difference between the two ratings, except as a matter of degree and prolongation.
