I love that rusty, metal texture. Very nice. Yea, put a weapon in his hand(s), that'll look sweeter.

Looking good. A BoS logo and tattoo-like things would look cool. Oh, and blood stains! :D

Thanks guys!!
Another animation, this looks better than the first one and the only problem i see is that the shoulders move too much, any other critic??

What weapon would you like to see him carrying?? Minigun, rocket launcher, etc??
And the picture where the guy salutes the color of the cape is just correct! Wonderful work you've done there mate...
Hi Kashluk, the red velvet it stills not set, i will leave the texture and the cloth simulation of the cape to the end, then you will see a good blood red velvet cape!!!
Yep lorigosolo, you did a mighty fine job on that one. What else is in store??
Thanks Jimmy, i have some more stuff in store but all of them are unfinished or in the early stage, i will work on them when i finish this armour and learn the animation art!!!

Ok will work on that!!

Yeah the shoulders move a tad too much, considering it's a huge and heavy armor. It's powered though, should that reflect on the walking style? Hmm...

I'd like to see a minigun, definitely.

Yeah, the moving should be a little bit bulkier... Like those 50's science fiction robots, you know :) The shoulders move a bit too much, I agree on that.

And minigun it should be. "The usual", you know :D

I really didn't notice any "foot problem", let alone any problem at all. Better .gif animation than i've ever done.

Thanks Hackerzero but if you look it closely you will see that the armour of the feats moves when the foot touch the ground.

Here is another minigun, i like this more than the other, what do you think about it??

The 2nd minigun looks very nice. The movement on the other hand, looks more like a model walking on a catwalk. Try to make it 'heavier'. :)

Thanks VasikkA, i will try to make it looks heavy.

He should carry the minigun as if it is a "big load".(he should probably be walking just a bit slower).
Anyways, keep up the good work!

ok i still have to make it look heavier, but i was doing a test with the minigun and i would like to know your opinions.

Great work lorigosolo, keep doing more! And by the way when you refer to one it is a "foot", and if its more than one then you say "feet". There is no "s" at the end of either.

Thanks Jimmy for the explanation, i had some doubts about that!! So the problem is with his feat (am i right??) :?

feet.

The minigun animation looks good. It could run a bit faster(the flashes, esecially) to emphasize the rapid fire rate. Oh, and perhaps make it a bit shaky when firing.

If you want to make an animation it could look better if faster. If you were going for the sprite , I don't think it would make a significant difference.
Btw, with your grasp of motion already, you should try to make a new Vault Citizen(actually Dweller) for Fallout tactics. The one already is lacking. I hope you can get together with Red and make it happen, cause we really need one. For The VD(Vault dweller) I would go for the pistol basically(and maybe for an additional shotgun).

You know your craft very well for your level btw. You might want check regularly with sites like Half-kife world that have links to possible job positions for animators/3D designers.

lol, thats sweet. the only problem i see with the walking is that you can see when it repeats, and it looks like he kinda "springs" up on his right foot a little, kinda looks like a gimp, heheh. probubly very easy to fix, especially if your using Keyframes (does lightwave use keyframes?) for animation.
