Johny Depp is the magical pirate of rainbows sailing a CGI ship into susan's heart. :chick:

I agree wholeheartedly with Toxy.
Today I watched it again (with other group of my friend heh) and even though all the surprises (like that nigga in the woods) were.. eh not surprising anymore, I enjoyed the film a lot anyway. Great stuff.

I kind of wanted it to end, but that was because I really needed to take a piss...so when it turned out to be opening for a third one, I was relieved...

the movie rocked, and I want a third one!

Hah! Luckily, I precautiosly refrained from drinking anything in the theater -- fresh is the memory of my getting A HUGE URGE TO GO PEE PEE right in the middle of Da Vinci Code's action sequence.

I haven't seen either one. Please ruin the ending for me and I may consider getting hold of them.

Here's your chance, unleash the capacities of your imagination and tell me some kind of surrealistic plot ending :P

I'd prefer to have as much truth as possible lol xD

so i presume from the reviews so far that this is a averagean decent pirate movie. enough of malnourished peg-pirates killing and raping spanish upper class twits. shark feeding with prisoners in slowmotion. rum and opium on the high seas for months. then the tempting hags of night at the first harbor. pilage, burning and lootin. allrighty then tickets please to a cruel marathon of attrocities of every sort instead of 38 year old makeup teens with acting skills of average bosnian crack whores and deformed porn studs.

vx trauma conducts sense with greater frequency and effect both, than many will ever harken to and gaze upon. Truth. Wildly appropriate given the sake of names.

Was that the sound of unintentional character assassination ? :drunk:

Reading The Big Sleep, Ray Chandler. Fine form so far. One of the better mysteries I've read.

The annoying thing about being young and stupid is that I keep "discovering" authors the larger world has known about for years. Currently I'm reading the novels of Tom Wolfe, who is really really fucking good and has apparently been at this novel business about as long as I've been alive.
