Coffee, and how?

neither do I, but I still am addicted to the caffeine, that is what I meant.
If not drinking I get withdrawal like headache and general tensions.
And, when I finally get coffe during theese withdrawal sesions I get all warm and sleepy and often fall asleep as the caffeine releaves me from all muscle tension and such.

I used to drink 2 or 3 pots a day/night. I've not drank more than 1 cup at a time in about 4 years, though, after a bad experience with mexican food, pneumonia, and an off-brand coffee Denny's served after running out of their regular coffee.

I drink a big coffeee at 5:30, then a second one at 8:00 when I get to my job, then a third at around 9:00, sometimes one or two at 10:00-11:00, and one at 2:00 after diner. Sometimes one at 20:00 after supper, after the wine.

I must say getting a coffee at work is a big social activity and a time waster : I walk slowly to the desk where the pot is, and there are always a few coworkers doing the same, so I just hang there with some people for 20 minutes, than walk slowly back to my desk.

I must admit (forgive me Lark), after I was crippled like doc hill I've started drinking instant coffee... quite a bit easier to make than mess with filter papers and shit when your other hand is fucked up. and it's not as bad as I thought :S

The caffeine content in Jolt Cola is really quite low. So yes, it can be healthy.

I like mine strong and sweet, usually 2 coffees and 4 sugars with no milk.
