Just fucking BOMB them. I really doubt China, Russia or USA would have any problem conquering Finland. It's not like you guys are terrorists though, and there are quite no pretext to attack you. It's useless.
There's no difference between an army and a defense force when it comes to dettering attackers. However, having just a defense force limits your ability to go on the offense.

True. Our forces are pretty much stripped of *any* heavy offensive weaponry. Like our Hornets, they can not commence attacks on mobile ground targets, air targets only.
