Antonio Banderes as Ian
and definitely george clooney as rhombus
david morse is the guy from the rock that could be a tycho
michael biehn should be in there somewhere too you know the guy hicks from aliens the protector in terminator the navy seal captian in the rock etc

Clancy Brown ("Another time, Highlander!") was the voice of Rhombus. I think that he could play him well, too.

Keanu Reeves could play the wanderer, only if it was sposed to be a char with a very low speech skill

Robin Williams would be killer as Harold
Marlin Brando for Gizmo Excellent
The problem is if it had all these people in it it would cost several billion for casting alone
I'm trying to thing of a roll that (The Character who played Mr Smith in Matrix and Elrond in LOtR) would fit into... Maybe... Maxson?

Keanu Reeves is a waste in any movie he is in. Robin Williams is a weirdo but would make a good Harold.

Agent Smith/Elrond were played by Hugo Weaving. I could see him as Mathia, Rhombus, Decker, or Ian.

That guy looks a lot like Rhombus and he wouldn't be too expensive, unlike other hollywood superstars.
