This is why I loved the Mutate! perk, I swapped Fast Shot or other trait to Bloody mess before completing the game and talking to Overseer.

I allways presumed you ALLWAYS shot the overseer after finishing the game....looks like Ill have to play thru again and try my best to be Uber-nice to see what happens.

The thing that bothers me is the way he said "rather fullfilling" and started using horrible grammar...
