BTW, "neutron bombs" are just ER- that is "Enhanced Radiation" weapons;
they are still nukes. They go "boom" and have a shockwave/etc.
(Aside: The effect only seems to work with low yield devices.)
You have to gauge the distance from target carefully to get an effect
that will kill everybody with rads w/o physically damaging anything.
