Just waste a few children, then you'll have plenty of difficult random encounters.

Why is it double posting?
Oh yeah, and when you waste some children and get the childkiller thing, then signs of you will be around putting a price on your head, and such.

Has anyone done this? Get one of the kids running around near the wright mansion, to kill orville wright. W/e one it is, is the one with the pot on its head, get the dialog option where you give him the gun(crappiest one from your pack) and tell him to go wave it around his father, and pull the trigger near him, or something, cant remember exactly, then exit and reenter the area, and orville will be dead. Mwahhaa, what this accomplishes, I dont know. But Twas Cool To Find Out.

If you want your gun back, its near his body when you come back.

Haven't done this, but I believe it's the "special" way to assassinate Orville Wright. There is a unique way to kill each of the four crime family bosses in New Reno, as opposed to just blowing them away in the standard fashion. I don't know if the crime family turns on you after one of these special hits or not.

Of course another method to try would be the good old SuperStimpakOverdose.

The wright family didnt turn on me. Isnt the way you kill salvatore to replace his oxygen tank with a poison tank, retrieved from that place with mason( cant remember named ) or is it another place you get taht from?

Lets see, You kill Wright by giving one of the kids a gun, Salvator you exchange his Oxygen tank for the poison one, Bishop you booby trap his safe, but what is the special way for the Mordinos?

You give Mordino Jet, or so I read. Its like the ultimate justice.

And the Wright family had no hostility whatsoever towards me after I had him whacked (good kid!). It was like he was still alive.

No idea how the other families would behave though. I have heard that you can get more experience for killing salvatore if you make sure that:
A. You have the poison tank in your inventory. B. He does not have an oxygen tank. and C. You are not within his line of sight when he dies.

Haven't tried it yet since I can't find the poison tank.

If you simply steal his tank, the family goes after you after he dies. But if you plant the poison tank, they never know it's you.

These methods are good if you're playing a diplomacy character.

How does a diplomatic character rescule smiley and kill the big rat? Stealth? Or with buddies to kill them?

There is also the issue of random encounters.

A diplomatic character could do a lot, but there are issues where he/she would be at a loss without additional skills besides speech, lockpick, and sneak. But I guess that is why you get more buddies with higher charisma.

have all of your friends kill everyone, and help them gain levels by doing ALLL the town quests I guess, also, make sure they have the best equip/weps

Toughness (6 luck, 6 endurance), gain stats perks, sharpshooter, stuff like that. Anything that would benefit your character a little more.

I don't think I need to mention action boy, bonus ROF, bonus move, and others of the sort. Bonus crits could also help.

im gonna get all the gain stat perks, it seems to me that fighting aliens and centaurs and floaters and such seem to give me around 3000-5000exp, and seeing that its usually 20,000-30,000 exp needed, only 5 or six encounters with a few of thes creaturs will do the job no prob, not to mention some deathclaws thrown into the mix. Im also gettin all the implants, dermal assualt + upgrade and phoenix armour + upgrade. Charisma be DAMNED. i got six right now and i got dermal assault and phoenix armor plus phoenix upgrade and a gain charisma perk. I dont think sniper is all as good as people say it is, seeing as I do aimed shots anyway.
