I think JohnPnP said this awhile ago, but i take credit for it because i said so lewl. Everyone can make Fallout comics like Megatrons and compare to see which ones are better, so it can be anything but has to have some kinda of basis to fallout. It can be funny or serious, good or bad, u decide. Please give it a try, and HAVE FUN!!!

Thanks. Saved me a dollar something. I look forward to your comic, especially if its funny. I started out with making a witty yet tastefull comic on the subject of fallout. Unfortunatly I ended up with a extremely odd looking dog and a cock.
