Was Morrowind that bad? I got the impression all the things the disappointed Morrowind fans didn't like about Oblivion lined up with what I thought was weak about it but I hadn't played an Elder Scrolls game since Daggerfall. I know this is old but why do I get the feeling that dad's on crystal meth? And is it really that hard to do a search on Amazon? Oh and just about every manual ever made can be found if you search for it in PDF form on Google.

I don't really see the point of turning a supposedly realistic FPS into a forum for anti-war protest. Even liberal anti-war types trying to play their game wouldn't exactly have their resolve strengthened. The WOW gay-bi-clan issue was way more interesting.

I never got the point of cheating in a community games unless it's for real $ profits. Why not just use cheats in singleplayer and be done with it.

Any replay value or is it too soon for that? I don't get the point of purchasing a game where I can see everything in a weekend and be done with it.

I'm usually something of an optimist about FO3 but that line about Oblivion's dialoge approaching something meaningful wasn't encouraging.
