If you want a screenshot, press F12 during the game and the display will tell you that a screenshot has been saved. The picture will be in your Fallout directory. Have fun!

Third, download TeamX's Mapper 0.97. Just look it up in Google, or whatever.

How about the ability to create party members? I mean, it'd be cool to make your own wife, maybe based on a real person, instead of marrying some farm girl slut with a brahmin-screwing brother, wouldn't it? The Fallout 2 party members were good, but imagine creating a dog NPCPM, naming him/her, putt...

A complete Mod

I'm new to modding. But I'm aiming high. I want to make a complete Fallout universe using the Fallout engine. I want to make environments, NPCs, interactable NPCs, enemies, stories, party members quests, pretty much a whole game. I need as much help as possible. Can anyone recommend the tools for th...

Raaargh! I've extracted some .map files using DATExplorer (from this site), but when try to open them in Mapper2 I am told that there is an error and to check the .log file. I do. All it says is:

Failed to init palette.

Any suggestions?

Heh heh, the only Russian I could write would be the kind of stuff out of Command & Conquer, you know, when the Russians speak English with a poor Ruskie accent? Anyway, thanks for the advice; I hadn't extracted any maps. I'll give that a try.

Need some mapping help

Hello. I have TeamX's Fallout Mapper 0.97, and am having trouble opening map files with it. Fallout 2 is fully installed, the .dat files have been located by the program, and still I am unable to create or open maps. The ReadMe file included is useless; the writer must have been illiterate, or somet...
