this maybe a noob question even though i've been playing fallout for a long time, but its juz one of those things that u really need to clear up, i understand that Dmg Resist. is the amount of physical dmg reduce by amount of percentage , and Dmg Theshold which reduces dmg. by set amount , so anyway...

btw, whats the right utility to extract the .frm from fallout 1 ?? i tried DatmanLight & Datman explorer but none of them work. Both are design for fallout2 . . . . . .
