The only thing I changed with NPC's is with thier appearance when wearing armor (this is what you're talking right?). Due to the large number of errors in the 1.04 version patches, I recommend not using them. There will soon be a 1.05 version which will fix the bugs.

Sorry for that.

Cause I didn't have the US version (just UK) when I worked on the 1.03 patch.

Someone needs to make a real patch for FO1, fixing all those old annoying bugs once and for all.

I will make a patch for Fallout1 after I finish the 1.04 version for FO2.
