Well this just pisses me off. This just pisses me right the fuck off. This just goes against every moral fibre in my body. This just fills me up with such anger that I feel like ripping off someone's penis. This goes against my principles. After reading this I feel like flicking off Interplay. No. T...

JE's next location...
I hope JE goes to Troika. Troika's supposed new post-apoc game looks interesting, and it'd be interesting to see Tim Cain and Josh Sawyer working together. JE is probably going to go to Obsidian though, which looks to be in a good position right now. Obsidian has all the funding it needs from Biowar...

What about the combat though? Was FO:T in terms of tactical combat good? I've never played FO:T myself. I never picked it up because of all the bugs, but I've spotted a copy in my local bargain bin and I'm wondering whether or not to purchase it, now that the patch is out. Just to see how it's like ...

JE asking about Item Creation in FO3
In this thread: http://phpbb01.interplay.com/viewtopic.php?t=29924
JE Sawyer discusses item creation, and asks everyone what they feel about it. Some people from BIS Feedback have given their ideas.
What do you guys think about it? How should it be implemented?

Hey guys, according to NMA and this thread:
http://phpbb01.interplay.com/viewtopic. ... sc&start=0
(where J.E. posts several times)
There AREN'T going to be any playable races in FO3 because of the amount of time it'd take to do all the animations.

Interplay is probably monitoring DAC and NMA as well as their own boards, so SA would be one of the only few places where J.E. would be safe to post this stuff... You don't think that with all their monitoring, they'd notice that we're talking about J.E. posting stuff on the SomethingAwful forums? ...

You know, I think there might be the possibility that the reason why J.E. posted on SomethingAwful is because he's trying to be inconspicuous. Remember- he's not even supposed to be posting any ideas or questions or answers at all unless they are vague and cryptic. Van Buren hasn't been announced ye...

[Well he may be wrong on that count, but at least he's trying to fix that problem regardless of whether it exists or not. He might just end up having the game have to many really powerful weapons that you could finish the game with and make it too easy... Well, the problem is, that he's saying this...

There really isn't anything stopping the protagonist of Fallout 3 taking a short trip to West Tek or Mariposa. Turning into a super mutant would be easy. All it takes is FEV. Thats it. Turning into a ghoul is the real question. However, I would like to see some fresh mutagens/bacterias/viruses inste...

No, according to J.E. everyone does a statistical analysis of the game's weapons and goes for the Plasma Rifle every time :: END OF DISCUSSION. Well he may be wrong on that count, but at least he's trying to fix that problem regardless of whether it exists or not. He might just end up having the ga...

Some people on the boards are asking for the character to be able to turn into a race instead of picking it straight from the start. It's hard to work into the setting, but it's possible. There could be an option that allowed you to dip yourself in the vats (or at least the remains of the vats... th...

Ah, bullshit . That would rely on the player's gambling skill instead of the character's! Goddamnit, every day I lose more faith in JE. Well, at least he's trying. You can disagree with the man, but at least he's attempting to make a good game. The effort should be appreciated. Here are some more t...

Re: JE Sawyer on MAD GUN SKILLZ
Per <a href="http://phpbb01.interplay.com/viewtopic.php?t=25063&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=225">this thread</a>, it looks like he's changed his mind about reducing <a href="http://www.interplay.com/fallout">Fallout</a>'s gun skills down from three skills to two s...

One of the arguments for throwing merging with melee is that characters who want a throwing character will now no longer have such a hard time through the game. One of the flaws of the throwing skill was that the weapons just didn't work with it. You had throwing spears and knives, but those didn't ...
