Ghould are Kick Ass if i coulkd be a ghoul in fo3 i would. they should get bonuses to perception and int but lowered st and en. Also rad and pos resistance would be upped

It would make sense if marcus lenny and harold were alive since they live but as to ian there should be an encounter of him being tied up and beaten up by the fo1 developers for being a shitty character
