When I went to The Den and was killing all the kids I set burst fire on a 9mm SMG and of course with my Bloody Mess trait blow the kid apart but then there was a hooker on a street corner about 3 hex's behind the kid and she also died... I found that disturbingly VERY satisfying

If you have high Doctor/Science skill you can use a computer in Vault City to learn of implants, the doctor outside of vault city can take apart Combat Armors and implant them into you, come in two flavors Derma and Therma
