The Nearly Ultimate Fallout 2 Guide by Per Jorner seems to cover this pretty well. Search for "If you discovered Vault 13" for information about giving location of V13 to Tandi and "NCR established" for all the NCR endings. I can't vouch for it's accuracy though so far it hasn't...

Nevermind, I finally found a program to slow it down. Now I can finally hear the endings omitted from the game. Geez that took a long itme.

I'm trying to extract sound files using DAT Explorer. Unfortunately, when I get the acm files, it doesn't seem to matter what program I use to convert or play them, they always end up playing at a much higher speed then they're supposed to. Anyone know why this might be or how to fix it?
