i managed to downloaded the files. aparently im supposed to extract the mod to the F2 directory. thing is the format is ".safe" i cant open it with winrar or anything like that.
id apprecitiate any help with this.

I've seen various avatars showing clips from movies and games. How do you do it? Is there some kind of software you can download? If so where?
