I really don't want vehicular combat. If people actually manage to get a car running in the wastes, why in the world would they risk the thing in combat??? Because they're stupid, and they fight people who are power armor with a laser rifle. Seriously, when I say vehicular combat, I mean as in NPCs...

Depends how you consier control. For example: the tribal race is replacing bos, since it can then have reaver and raider armor equiped, allowing more versitility. Also, since I really don't like tribals, Tribal-Huge has been replaced with the final boss. That means, when I fight it, the tribal music...

Of course if he's under the player's control at the time, then what happens will be at the player's discretion. If he's an NPC (under computer control) at the time, my impression is that if he runs out of ammo for the P90, he'll switch to a firearm in the other hand if his relevant guns skill level...
