Well his playing is overly technical and emotionless. That is to say, if he adds emotion (like in Love Thing), it is done through his wah-wah pedal and not by vibrato. Of course doing both at the same time sounds more emotional, but gets you a garbled sound. (Hendrix) That said, Satriani is just a g...

Bah. I got Progressive. I like Dream Theater's spinoff Liquid Tension Expiriment, but that's about it. Unless you consider Joe Satriani and shredders like Igor Belsky progressive, I love those. To me, Progressive is Frank Zappa. :) Heavy Metal has become an overloaded term. I've stopped labelling mu...

This guy suffers from a terrible syndrome. I remember him asking Killzig's age. Let me counter that question : Do you have sex? Honestly, there's more to life than convincing a stubborn online community that you make the perfect game. It's simply quite useless to argue and defend every point people ...

Sapho juice, yes. It's later referenced by Herbret (In Messiah, I believe) in the drugging of the daughter of a Fremen Fedaykin. But it doesn't make you smarter, it enhances concentration to the trained. Untrained are drugged into numbness by it. But then, there's so much bullshit in Frank's books I...

If they spend their free time making something, they should make it good. Otherwise, they should have just taken that free time to grab a beer somewhere.

No, ghouls are cooler as cripple losers and outcasts of society. Their mental capacity doesn't seem any better than that of humans. They are simply inferior. Their only boon is radiation resistance. They should have never been 'player balanced' in FoT.

Donald Duck got different artists to work on him over the years, and they made him look somewhat different. Not as much a metamorphosis as Pipboy/Vaultboy, but you could twist things to make Pipboy==Vaultboy. Ideally we should be calling Vaultboy just that, Vaultboy. Unfortunately the mix-up is pret...

It's not a waste. You get plenty of points anyway. Saving and Loading all the time criples the system and makes for some annoying gameplay.

Uh. This game has diplomatic aspects. Speech and charisma are pretty valuable in some parts. But then again that might be more appriopriate for a second run through the game.

It's the French!

I'm afraid they won't can it :(. Not enough money, and despite the horrible uglinesss of it probably a tremendous investment. Knowing Interplay this hatchett quick-ass fuckjob was more costly than buidling the Taj Mahal.

GTA3 is a complet fuckup IMHO. First because the PC version is a horrible console port, and second because it lacks the multiplayer capability that made the first two games so much fun. That, and the linearity. GTA2 had a wonderful system based on respect. GTA3 is a linear piece of shit with little ...

I'd like him to come up with an actualy rough design sketch for such a game not raping the Fallout world's integrity.

Until then, his fantasies are those of a rape. Pervert.

Yes, Mr Carrot. That is something that really annoys me. Not entirely correct, though. It strikes me as if MCA played Fallout as a combat-oriented game and was bored with it, too fucking moronic to realize the game has other aspects besides blowing someone's guts out with a minigun. (Even though tha...
