Hmmph I'm thinking on other RPGs that were built around an evil storyline...but nothing comes to my mind...except for KotOR where you could continue an evil storyline and the same case in Might & Magic series, though that was not so huge part in the game. I could only get the German version when I decided to but I found a patch that was meant to change the demo of G2 into english but it was good for the entire game (don't know how) except for a few dialogs...

If you wanna try Gothic 2 better to play 1 before, 'cause it helps getting used to the world (G2 is almost at the same place as G1, but much greater area) and the system. And G1 is very entertaining! (Can't make a difference bw G1 and G2 in quality of gameplay so it worth playing both)
