'97, when it came out.
Played the demo a lot too. The pure grittiness and chunky minigun goodness got me.
Come to think of it, why am I not playing fallout 2 right now...

Oh yeah
What a momentous occasion, the time has come at last. I'll be sure to show my appreciation once it's up.

Are you (Norway) claiming to be innocent of Human rights violations, atrocities? You want Bush punished for going to war with Iraq? Where are all the bleeding hearts for the Iraqi civilians killed and tortured by Sadam? You want Truman punished for dropping the A-bombs? Go here: Human rights under ...

I guess this teaches me not to start discussions like this at duck and cover. It's not really any use trying to discuss things like this anyway, we'll never agree. And yes, this did go off-topic. And to SNorth. I don't know what you're trying to say with that surrender real damn quick thing of yours...

Hehe. Meet atrocities with even worse atrocities. That's always been your way. One attack on your home soil and you get all loco. A-Bombs away, fuck up afghanistan, invade iraq without reason. The fact is. By dropping the A-bombs the american government showed just how little they cared about humani...

Re: Happy Hiroshima day!

I don't really see how the US can lecture people on having A-bombs when they have so many themselves. Why can't e.g. North Korea have nukes when US has....

I did like the old engine, but you can't really keep an engine that's as old as that one. It's time to go forwards, different doesn't necessarily mean bad. I'd go with a 3d engine. Like Teatime says, you can have a top-down view anyways. Although the motto for using the same engine in fallout 2 was ...

This is still, in pretty much every concievable way, a FALLOUT MOD FOR ELDERSCROLLS. Ah. So Deus Ex is really just a mod for unreal 1 then? Ok, so maybe I'm asking for some flames with that comment. They do have a thirdperson view in the engine. I really don't think it'll be that much work to zoom ...

you wacky, wacky people. Anyway... Even though some areas of oblivion has some shiny graphics there are a lot of different areas and different looks. They are afterall making the engine theirselves so they can customize it alot to suit fallout 3. I have no doubt they'll be able to create a gritty, d...
