Interesting PA comics are not to easy to find but a lot have been done over the years and you can find them at places like milehighcomics.com Ex-mutants by Eternity. Series 1 and 2 are really good. Apoc's pic came from Ex-mutans. The later Marvel/Maliabu issues blow. Eternity also did the following ...

Wow that brings back memories, my dad gave me a copy of that book when I was about 11. I lost it in one of our moves and haven't seen that cover pic since. As for the book I really enjoyed it then and reread it recently and it still holds up to the test of time. I don't think it is printed under Day...

Kotario: I believe the title of the movie and book is called "The Lathe of Heaven" The book was written by Ursula K. Le Guin. (Yes I had to look the author up on the net but I have the book in my downstairs collection.) I haven't seen the movie in years but I heard some fans or something w...

Wow!!! The first one rocks! Awe inspiring actually. The second one is neat, but rather standard in its approach. The third one I really like too but it probably needed to be rendered in a different frame size, but I still like it alot. I can't wait til I get the hang of shade so I can model scenes l...

Fallout: BOS Knight

http://www.vault-tec.net/ruined/images/atr.jpg From the cover of a ruined wall, Borric knight of the Brotherhood of Steel scans the terrain ahead. The suit was made by the same gent who made the raider and tribal models that I plan to use in the Wasteland comic. I've been doing some chatting with G...

Fallout: BOS Knight

http://www.vault-tec.net/ruined/images/atr.jpg From the cover of a ruined wall, Borric knight of the Brotherhood of Steel scans the terrain ahead. I wish I could have done this a year ago, but I still think it looks pretty good. If anyone is wondering the suit was modeled by the same guy who did th...

I like it! Especially since you made it all yourself. My only real recommendations woud be to see if you can use a different texture on the plant it looks like the ground just spiked up. So do you like strata? I downloaded the latest basic version but haven't opened it up yet, since I heard that it ...

Yeah the texture on the young lady is a basically on her body. I will see if I can morph the model to add them or post work them in. On Lydia, IIRC she is wearing a body suit that includes some folds and ridges. The images may not show them though. I will check tonight since the Ruined Earth site is...

Okay thanks for the tips guys. This is one figure I'm going to keep on working on so you will see more of her. I may even do a little mpeg video when I get her finalized. I do got to find her some eyebrows though :)

Pretty cool! I like the line drawings, pretty snazzy. I however must inform you that according to the Internation Treaty of Internet Ethics, you must provide a "Disturbing Content" warning for the page that follows the VT logo.... :)

That's not to shabby at all Lasse. A tablet will help you out quite a bit if you get one. I use mine for postwork mostly, but I'm getting the beginner drawing techinques under my belt.

Fallout: Quasi-Anime Render

http://vault-tec.net/ruined/images/fqa01.jpg Well I know its not the usual style of renders I do but I've been trying to learn to draw anime style on my Wacom tablet. I'm slowly getting better but not good enough to show off. When I got this new model I thought it would be cool to do something like...

Owning a gun doesn't make you any safer. It is an illusion for cowards who can't cope with the reality of a dangerous world to hide behind. Who ever told you this little gem is wrong. There is statistical proof that people who carry firearms are less likely to be a 'victim' of random violence. True...

Wow, I'm impressed. Usually these kinda threads get to name calling in the first five posts. I've got to agree with Hammer. I've been a long time gun advocate and what he said is on the nose with how I feel. jimmyjay, most states that have concealed carry, don't allow you to carry in a bar, even wit...

I vote contiuation to. Toxic Waste Boy is pretty funny in that bizarre humor way that Lasse exudes.

Now if we could get him to touch on real social and moral issues.... :)

I've also noticed you use Poser. I'm not sure if you own any other 3D programs, but is there a way to get models form Poser 4 into 3D Studio 4? Poser might be more appealing then, since I could use my Shag: Hair, since I paid so freakin' much for it. The Poser Pro Pack has a plugin for easy transpo...

I haven't finished any renders that are post-apocalyptic since the Mad Maxine one. I have two in the oven so to speak. Plus I've got to get one finished that I told Kreegle I'd post exclusively here.

Which ever ones I get done first I'll post over here when they are up. Thanks for asking.
