Sheep... I don't think that they could endure the fallout... they'd simply vanish in a puff of smoke... "Baa~" Pffftt Plus Mutated Sheep really aren't all that inspiring are they? I'll keep with my two-headed cows, thank you. Time Travel was in Fallout 2 as a special encounter... and let's...

But if you force a completely 3d game into an isometric view, then you're just gonna piss a bunch of people off... I think that what they're doing for Lionheart would be great to use for a Fallout 3 with the 3d models being turned into 2d sprites... plus it would stop people from posting about getti...

Here's what I did with the Master... but I don't think it'll work for you considering that I was a complete bad ass at the time and your character doesn't seem like one... Firstly, I tried to convince him that mutants were sterile... but I couldn't find the right thread in the conversation or someth...

Tully was always passed out in the back room of the church... plus I wanted to try and beat the game with my spouse, regardless of how stupid she was, to see if I would get a different ending... I didn't, so I'm definitely going to sell her off in the next game... Plus the marriage scene almost made...

The whale (and daisies) is a reference to the HItchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Thay have no other use. I'm saddened by the fact that so many players of Fallout 2 don't know what the whale and daisies mean... people truly need to read more... As for the car thing... I'd hate to think that your char...

Yes, the easiest way to get rid of the child killer trait is to not have it in the first place... What are you doing killing children anyhow? Seriously, the game goes to hell the moment you pop a cap into that child's ass... You might as well be better off restarting... In the beginning they're help...

Meh, he's more or less right about the liver thing and the doctor giving it to the soldiers to eat... Plus if you try to get any other organ other then a brain, the game says that something broke and there's only mush or something like that... so there were no spleens in the Depot anyways... plus at...

Actually, you can try to steal back the items they steal from you... and, at least in my experience, if you get caught stealing, no one goes hostile on you... so, my character with 20% in steal was able to get back any item lost to the thieving little brats... eventually... And about the whale... th...

seriously, how else can you balance getting perks faster? Ummm, cheating? huHahaHahaHa.. Errr... some mis-wording on my part... some people were bitching about how Fear the Reaper can kill you when you gain a level and I was saying that in the regards to how the trait could be balanced game-wise......

I say that it's because he's a dumbass... but maybe that's just me... You can probably edit the entity of your character so that you use the same set of sprites as Barnaky and then up the character's natural defenses to the equivalent of Power Armo... but I'm not entirely sure whether or not it's go...

Back off, I'll use the BBS code when I feel like it... And I think the reason why Tactics didn't seem to fit with the Fallout world was the lack of that perverse sense of humor... there was the Daisy and Nanuk thing... and then there was nothing. True, there was that one Reaver who falls in love wit...

I meant the editor that came with the patch... just load up the right entity and you can edit one of those PCs that you can choose in the beginning... BOSCHE isn't needed if you can figure out how the Fallout Tactics editor works... Plus when I tried using BOSCHE, my computer crashed... so I had to ...

Sniper is a great perk... but bonus RoF combined with two levels of Action Boy is so much better... three aimed shots is always nice... Ghouls are my favorite race... high intelligence and perception = Super Sniper... the extra character points and natural resistances are gravy, as they say... and the lack of armor isn't a problem when I'm shooting you from far away... This isn't even a question... gifted is easily the best trait... "Ooh, but you lose five skill points per level" Then make a character with higher intelligence... you get 7 character points... put 3 of them in intelligence and you'll null the five points thing... "But you lose all tho...

Funny thing with the Encounters... turned out I got them all... the last one was Pip boy... but if I run into any Encounter square again, I'd get the pip boy encounter... again... but you can only get him once, so I couldn't have a small army of pip boys... The second time surprised me... but after ...
