Maybe Your game crashes, because You've added new encounter... Try to use fallout city patch, posted on DAC on 27 IX. It removes limit of cities/maps in the game, so maybe it will affect Your problem too...

The point is not to edit my xp, but to change whole xp table, for example, to allow advancment over lvl 21 in FO1.

Has anyone found experience table in any of fallouts? I've tried to change FOT xp table to more falloutish, browsed through MANY of bos files and didn't find anything! Same thing with FO1-2. My idea is, that xp table is encrypted (like in BG1) or, less likely, compiled to exe.
