Witcher FPS? What did you smoke? They were all essentially first-person shooters. It doesn't matter if the camera can be placed above your shoulder, you're still firing a gun/hacking with a sword/blasting with magic fireballs from eye-level. Looks like Fallout: Resident Evil to me.
