Mental Block was a normal perk in Fallout. It prevented The Master from using mental attacks on you in the corridor leading to his lair. It was totally useless because you could find a Psychic Nullifier nearby that did the same thing. No one in Fallout 2 uses psychic attacks so...

I guess they'll have to readapt or scrap the mental block perk. I mean there are no psychics such as the Master to fear, sow hat need of it...
