Healing Powder

I had somethig weird happen. I was in a battle (early in the game), and was getting plastered. I used like 5 or 6 healing powders. After the effects wore off, I seemed to have an extra perception point!

Cool! It never happened to me, but I got loads of tiny glitches in the game, like getting the effects of being an addict after I was cured etc.

Perhaps you took more powders than you have perception points (that was the worse sentence ever), incurring some kind of a negative PE and thus a +1 bonus when it was over. This begs further experimentation...

wasnt there an issue like that with "recovering" from radiation? (in FO1 i think)

Yes, in the unpatched FO1, surviving radiation poisoning gave you major stat bonuses.

increased strength, endurance and resistance, I believe.
