Feargus was one of the few reasonable guys in BIS. If Fallout 3 really is in production or ever will be, it'd be hard to imagine it becoming the way we want it to be with Mr. Caen leading the division. I don't fully trust MCA alone either to overseer the project. Feargus' experience over Fallout would've really been helpful here. The reasons behind his departure are still unclear to me.
Caen is leading Interplay, not BIS, who at this time seems to be without a president. The person i was expecting was going to lead BIS seems to have left too, so things aren`t very clear at this point.
Nobody. That's why they're working on FO3: there's nobody around to tell them not to. In fact, the entirety of BIS has turned into a Lord of the Flies kind of thing. Smart money is on MCA getting killed first.
