I wonder why JE Sawyer or others at BIS haven't told us officially about a FO3 developement yet (if there is really a FO3 developement). It reminds me of the "late" revelation of the Half Life 2 developement and futur-release...why keep a game developement so secret !!
But, no false hopes...Wait and See as we say everyday !

If this project Jefferson is vaporized by license revoking, wouldn't the Standard Opporating Procedure be to "morph" the graphics to some
harried hack that approximates a FO?
Is it vain co-dependent self abuse
that desires 'the morph' will pass muster, and kick start FO3?
What will come with this Jefferson engine? More than retreaded artwork, mutated fairies, I trust.

Yeah, well, that's probably like Freespace 3 or something. Weren't there 2 Freespaces already? Heh... I'll still cry if that isn't Fallout 3. Chripes.
As for the gasbot... maybe they're moving the timeline along or something, a bit away from the retro-50s to a resurging society, cobbling together robots from leftover junk. Or something. That's what i thought of when i saw the gasbot anyway... weren't there still gas pumps anyway? infront of navarro or something? Seems like they would make great robot bodies to me... or something ~_~....

Why not...? It seems like a good idea to use something as strange as a petrol-stand for a body...Red wrote:Abandonned gaspumps surely exist... But why use one as the basis of a custom robot?
It's a sign of the need for metal, and pre-shaped metal, a reminder, that anything you can scrounge up in the wasteland can be used somehow, and should be.
But to be honest... the robot itself seems like a sucky idea...
not to mention butt-ugly. They should've used a nuka-cola machine instead.

Poor guy. I bet he's crying.
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.
