A happening guy named <a href="http://www.gfxartist.com" target=_blank>Dave (check out his site)</a> e-mailed us a link to better version of the gasbot concept art. Here's the text ...

So people at BIS have been known to love Fallout for ages. An artist had the idea of a Gasbot, and seeing as he's working at BIS doesn't feel guilty in slapping a F3 on it.

I still won't beleive just that.

Heh, F3 was already canned once in favor of TORN which was also canned...

Jefferson was quite a bit ahead of whereever Van Buren (and any other internal projects) are known to be so well, as I keep saying being a pessimist will at worst give you a nice suprise. After 5 years I don't spend any energy on hope anymore.

unlike Jeffy, IPLY owns the fallout license outright and it's pretty much the only one worth a damn. Consider that IPLY is not in a position to pimp a new license right now and that they've lost the publishing rights to BG on the PC. (Note that they can't even sell Planescape Torment anymore)

That gasbot has a kind of dreadnaughty feel to it....

I hope Iplay uses any cash they make on FO:BOS, to use it to fund FO3 production....
