RPGDot talks to J.E. Sawyer
<strong>[ -> Interview]</strong>
<a target=_blank href=http://www.rpgdot.com>RPGDot</a> has posted an interview with J.E. Sawyer from <a target=_blank href=http://www.blackisle.com>Black Isle</a>. Here's the most interesting part:
<br>
<br><ul><i><b>RPGDot: If you could do any game, regardless of money and developing time, what would it be? </b>
<br>
<br>J.E. Sawyer: An adventure game based off of Norton Juster's Phantom Tollbooth children's book. I'd also like to make a rules-light Delta Green RPG, a light-future Earth adventure/RPG with strong art deco and art nouveau visual themes, and a pre-Fallout "Resource Wars" game set in collapsing Europe (during the U.K.'s invasions of the Middle East).
<br></ul></i>
<br>
<br>I hope that he'll bring us a decent Fallout 3 too! You can read rest of the interview <a target=_blank href=http://www.rpgdot.com/index.php?hsactio ... 07>here</a>.

As I said over at RPGCodex:
That was an interview? It's not like you couldn't go onto the BIS forums or Interplay forums and ask the same utterly inane questions.
I call it an astounding waste of everyone's time, especially anyone misfortunate enough to read it or bother loading up the page.
I want my three minutes back, goddamnit.

Obsidian:
Now working on Fallout: New Undermountain!
They promise to spend only a year on this title - only a year less than the original Descent to Undermountain!

Well, I admit most of that was reloading the page to try and hope the rest of the interview would show up in case it was a loading error, but no such luck. It truly did suck that much ass.EvoG wrote:It took you three minutes?!

Hehe...and you know, I honestly expected more from that site, rather, not knowing anything about them, I assumed, being rpg fans, that maybe the questions would be a tad more interesting rather than...well you know, its just too embarassing to repeat.Rosh wrote:Well, I admit most of that was reloading the page to try and hope the rest of the interview would show up in case it was a loading error, but no such luck.
