Those doors are actually in the game. They are meant to be the interior rock hut wall end, in the editor. If the editor worked I'd put them on Westin's house...

They aren't meant to be used as a doorway, though. Maybe a doorway without a door, such as in a primitive town (Modoc), but not in the NCR.

What strikes me as odd is that there is no message in the box at the bottom right of the screens. Not even a Game loaded message. That stirkes me as being the mark of a scren shot to advertise FO2.
