Need some help with a LAN game with bots

I've got The Wastes RC1, the latest Half-Life point release, Half-Life and other mods work fine
I also have the TWfixpack.exe, the model pack and The Wastes bot
When I try to set up a LAN with the bots I can't enter the game
The bots can enter but when I select weapons and try to enter I can't

In the console it mentions it doesn't recognise "join_game" and the "spectate" if I try to spectate
I can only move the mouse but I can't move from the spawn position
I've tried different maps and tried changing the "sv_lan" and no luck
Any ideas?

I've tried that and that does not work either
I'll wait and see what RC1.1 does when it gets released, I might even reinstall the mod from scratch too

Got it fixed
I unistalled the mod, reinstalled RC1, the RC1.1 and used the default shortcut and it worked
Then I added the bot, model and portait pack, custom shortcut, custom cfg and it still worked

I have no idea why the mod didn't work but it does now so thx for the suggestions
