You don't need to read through the lines, he said he has ideas for Fallout 3 but can't get the license, and I would very like to see the license go to Troika, but I doubt we'll ever see it happen...
Tim Cain's mentioned before that he's got a script for Fallout 2 which only small parts of it ever made it into the FO2 that BIS released. I totally dig the concept of having the vaults be a pre-war military experiment to colonize space (or was it the moon?)

It's not very wise from a business point of view to devote resources to a game from a publisher that the publisher (Sierra) no longer wishes to support, especially when you take the fact that Troika isn't a development giant like Firaxis Games, Blizzard Entertainment or Valve Software under consideration.

While guys like Sid Meier and Peter Molyneux can simply throw their resources around like nobody's business, Tim Cain and gang just don't have that luxury right now.

Arcanum had two patches. 1070 and 1074. 1074 fixed the final bugs that they missed in 1070 (like Master's of Repair being able to repair items). You're still getting game crashes after that?

I'm sure there are more potential buyers than just Troika, but the question is however, to who might IPLY sell the license and at what price. I'm sure if their downfall continues, they're forced to sell the license(and cancel Van Buren?).
