Well it's nice to hear that a traditional english breakfast sounds delicious..!
Next time I'm there, I guess I'll have to buy my breakfast in a 5-star hotel. If I can afford it x|

lol... thats pretty gross! Putting A-1 on your steak is like doing laps in the loosers circle... it means you burnt your steak hehehe...Mad Max RW wrote:I could go for a big bowl of A1 steak sauce right about now. Maybe a side of some random liquified animal organ for that "British" flavor.
Interesting side note... did you know that there is raisin paste in A-1?

Like the MTV generation I'd guess; wanting their food, media, clothes and ideas all pre-processed for easy consumption.requiem_for_a_starfury wrote:
Damn it's just not Branston without those great big chunks in it! Another pillar of British life crumbles, *sigh* whatever will the Branston Smooth generation grow up like?
love the big chunks...hmm...
yeah but after once finding a kinda huge whole soft chewy pickle thing in it once, its made me very fearful to eat the stuff without checking carefully whenever i make a sandwich
a slightly more biased poll question perhaps:
thick, crusty, freshly made bread, a nice mature chedder and chunky Branston pickle
or
thin, week old, factory made bread, processed cheese and Branston smooth
