New Fallout editor tutorial: Making Prototypes

Coljack, sometimes known as "Mr. Fallout Editor Tutorial Maker Sir", otherwise known as "That guy with the fallout tutorial stuff", has created a new Fallout editor tutorial (gasp)... it's about making new protoypes.

Well, actually, he's had the tutorial up <a href="http://www.mutantsrising.tk/" target="_blank">on his excellent site</a> for a few days now... but now it's <a href="http://www.duckandcover.net/fanfallout/ ... .php">over here on DAC</a> as well... along with an updated "Adding Maps" tutorial.
