I'm designing a Fallout ballcap, I need your help...
I went to the mall today and they had a hat design shop. They said I could design my own logo in Photoshop, bring it on a disk, and they'd stitch my design on the front or back of a blank baseball cap.
I really liked the idea of a Pip Boy hat, a nuclear symbol hat, or a Communist themed hat. I need good images of Pip Boy that would look really good (preferably color) on a hat and would be noticable from about say 20 yards away.
I'm also liking the idea of getting a black fitted hat with a neon orange or green nuclear symbol on the front with some writing on the back. And then I had the idea of putting a bright red hammer and sicle on the front of a an olive green fitted cap and putting "Better red than dead..." on the back or something silly like that. At one point I wanted to get a hat that simply said "DIE" in red letters on the front. Hah.
A Brotherhood of Steel hat might be cool. But Pip Boy is better.
If you have any better ideas as far as color or design goes, feel free to share them. I'm hoping to make a really badass hat that I can wear for years and years as my Burger King hat is on its last legs (I've been wearing it for about 5 years now).
I don't expect a ton of replies, but I'm sure someone can help me.
Oh yeah, if I like the design enough I'm thinking of putting it on my CafePress clothing store so maybe some of you could buy a hat or a shirt of Pip Boy or something. That'd be awesome.

I suggest the words "baby on board", or maybe "genius at work"... or how about an arrow pointing down and then the words "I'm with stupid"? 8)
Failing that, there's a pretty decent-ish pipboy picture in the fallout bible: http://www.duckandcover.net/features/bible/bible9.php

That is a perfect image, but it would be even more perfect if I could find one where Pip Boy is winking and giving a thumbs up. I could've sworn I saw one on NMA's old design or something.
Maybe I could make a really cool DAC hat and feature it on my CafePress shop. If any of you can dig up some images for that, that'd be really helpful.
The hat design shop was simply called "Custom Hats" at Grapevine Mills Mall in north Texas.
They also make shirts, which rocks.
The best part is it's not iron on crap, it's actual stitching. Sweet.

That would be a sweet image on a black shirt. Needs a catchy funny phrase to put on the front though. Something along the lines of "It's getting hot in herrre?" with the "herrre" scratched out with the proper spelling below. You know, something like, just not as retarded.
That would look better on a shirt as a screened image rather than stitch. Stitching a shirt to that degree just feels horrible to wear.

I am definitely doing an iron-on design for that because stitching would just look like ass.
I'd really like to make a Duck and Cover shirt with Pip Boy under a desk. I could've sworn I saw a picture of that on this site somwhere.
I was also thinking of getting a picture of Bert the Turtle from the Duck and Cover documentary in the 50s and putting the lyrics on the back. Something like "There was a turtle by the name of Bert, and Bert the Turtle was very alert...." Forget the rest.
I guess for the flame one you could put something like
<center><b>Bomb Safety Tip #4:<br><img src=http://www.duckandcover.net/kreegle/chillin.gif>
Remain Completely Calm at all Times</b></center>
I'm going to design some mock-up hats/shirts tonight. I'm thinking of coloring the black and white ones, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know of a good image host I can use to upload them to so I can do some offsite image linking?

I found these pics at school a while ago but never got around to posting the link.

I beleive the first pic is what you're looking for.

Hey, I need some help. I'm making a "10 RULES FOR BOMB SAFETY" thing on the back of the shirt and I need some good rules.
1. Remain calm at all times
2. Never stare directly at the flash
3. When the bomb hits make sure to duck and cover
4. Report to your local fallout shelter
That kind of stuff. I'm sure there's actually a real list, which would be really damn cool. You could make it funny too, stuff like "Shield yourself behind a building or a piece of newspaper to prevent burns" (That was actually in the video of Duck and Cover)
