Water Thief?
Water Thief?
Just started Fallout, went back to Vault 13, and I can't seem to get the water thief quest. I've tried talking to just about everyone in the Vault, including the water guard, and no one makes any mention of the thief. How can I get this quest?

Hey,
Yeah...I think once you get the cut scene for low water - the water thief quest becomes available.
If you still find it's not available after that, wait until the second water warning - with red lights and all!
Go the Level 3 (Overseer), wait till 12 PM and watch the Guy go into the Water Room and steal the water.
Talk to him, say you'll search him - and you'll recieve some lovely XP points!
