Ladders, Why wont they work?

Iam realy having trouble with making ladders, in FO:T anyway,what is the "Proper" way to make a ladder so they work?

Have you used the "Update Tiles Used" function yet? If you haven't, that's why your ladder isn't working since the editors don't automatically import the "C" flag that tells the game that those are climbable objects.

Other than that, consult Goldbeast's tutorial here on DaC for an overview.
