I'm positive. Refresh your cache and it should appear.

Even now, my avatar empowers me with it's mystical abilities....

This lil 'ole one? I've had it since I registered on these boards. On the old GSA boards I had a Boba Fett helmet.

Actually got a replica of that helmet next to me.

My Av is a Deagle. I chose it because it's the largest cal. pistol I could easily get a pic of. BTW I think the pic is actually a .44 mag, too small to tell. Original size was only about 120x140 or so, if I remember.

NOTE&READ: This does NOT mean that I like deagles, just that I think they look great.

EDIT: what color is the grey of this forum? I was hoping to match the pic to it.

Don't bother. Even if you get one grey right, you'll mess it up for other themes. Just leave the space around the (ugly) DEagle empty and it'll take on the colour of the background by itself.
How appropriate. You fight like a cow.

Mine's a cut down of a grumpy old sod leaning on an old valve radio and looking very pissed off. I thought it was a real picture of Guglielmo Marconi (obviously not on a good day) and as I've 20 years testing and fixing the decendants of his most famous invention, I felt it was an apt choice.

Jimmy Page's Aliester Crowley-esque symbol from the unnamed Lez Zep album.

I thought the title was Led Zeppelin IV (4)? Also known as the "Rune" or "Zoso" album.

The Zoso symbol chosen by Jimmy Page as his symbol for the 4th album cover was originally written down by a 16th century hermeticist J. Cardan in a classical 1557 work Ars Magica Arteficii.

You can see the symbol in the book "Dictionary of Occult, Hermetic and Alchemical Sigils" by Fred Gettings, published in 1982 by Routledge & Kegan Paul, ISBN 0-7100-0095-2. This book also tends to go wandering from libraries due to interest from folk practising witchcraft, but I was able to interloan a copy through my local library without too much difficulty.

In the section "Planetary Symbols" on page 201, under Sigils, for planet Saturn Cardan's 1557 symbol is virtually identical to the Zoso symbol above (and nothing else in the occult dictionary is even vaguely similar).

Jimmy's astrological sun sign is Capricorn, which is ruled by the planet Saturn. Cardan's symbol above is a magickal symbol for it. This symbol was also the magickal symbol for Austin Osman Spare.

Some people have referred to this symbol as being in the "Red Dragon".

And now you know your Zoso avatar a little better.

did that have anything to do with the fact that Zeppelin signed a pact with the devil?

I always thought Zoso was a sign given to him by his father... or so someone told me.

that link is pretty cool, tells u a lot bout the other band member's signs
bey.
